allow our customer and technician to access our service data
sources.

Navigating
A common menu of options is located at the top and bottom
of each data table page. This menu consists of the navigation controls, referred to as VCR
controls due to their similarity to the controls on the front of a VCR set.
- The first button [ I< ] moves you to the first
record in the table.
- The next button [ < ] moves you to the next prior
record.
- The next button [ > ] moves you to the next record in the
table.
- The next button [ >I ] moves you to the last record
in the table.
- The next button (with the blank page) is used to create a
new record by service agencies and housing providers.
- The last button (with binoculars) places you in a browse of
the record in the table. This presents the records in a tabular format, allowing you to
quickly scroll up and down through the records.
There are some fields which are required to register a
record. Usually these are the name and address. In addition, each record must have
a unique name and password. These allow you to edit your records while keeping others from
making changes. You may use the same name and password more than once. In order to enter
or change a record, you need a log in name a password that are managed by
Novanis.
Once you have made your changes, and log in name with a
password properly entered, click the "Submit" or "Add Info" button. If
there are any problems, you will be notified. Otherwise, you will be informed that the
record was saved.
